The Love Balls Bus features the classic Japanese Takoyaki. They’re fried savory pancake balls filled with octopus, pickled ginger, and green onions, then topped with takoyaki sauce, kewpie mayo, aonori, and bonito flakes. From the streets of Japan to the streets of Austin, you'll sink your teeth in the balls of tradition and never look back.
